MANAGEMENT
At space, you’ll never complain that your manager failed to set up status time with you or provide goals.

That’s because you are in the driver’s seat of your career. That is your job - while your manager rides shotgun. This doesn’t mean that they don’t care or are lazy. They will never be that friend that falls asleep on you or is distracted by their phone. Instead, they will clear the path for you to thrive and help you navigate your career.

We believe that you are the best person to know what you need to thrive and you should lead with your manager’s support. We hired you because you are special - not because we need to prescribe your path and turn you into a robo-spacer.

T-Shaped
Being really good at one thing is cool.
Being really good at a lot of things is space150.

This doesn’t mean that our media team needs to sling code. But, it does mean that we dig the curious talent that always wants to learn more and make more. Old schoolers will tell you that we are chasing unicorns - that to be really good at something, you have to focus 100% on that one thing.

Nope. We know that specialized generalists exist because we have a bunch of them. We believe that the more you understand the world around you, the better you will make that world. You were hired because we saw this in you.

YOU
Diversity
and Inclusion
At space150, we believe that the only way to live up to our mission statement to “destroy convention and create demand” is with a diverse workforce.

Diversity of thought, experience, and cultural perspective makes our mission possible. As such, we launched our Diversity and Inclusion Initiative in 2016, to address issues of disparity being seen and felt in both our agency and in the advertising community at large.

Wanna get involved? Let HR know and they’ll put you in touch with the D&I lead in your office. And if you have ideas of how we can be more inclusive, speak up. This is a safe space, after all.

This diverse volunteer-based group of 20+ space150 team members (from C-level leadership down to Associate level employees) across all three offices and all disciplines is impassioned to produce inclusive and authentic work for our clients, utilizing a workforce that reflects the world around us, and build a collaborative and safe workspace for that work to come to life.

While we know that there’s much work to be done towards building a more inclusive and diverse culture, we're proud of the advancements we've made internally to make space150 more inclusive for nearly every team member, regardless of tenure, title, age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation or any other factor. space150 is a place where anyone can openly be themselves and feel supported and celebrated in doing so. We are 100% committed to making sure space150 is always a safe space that is collaborative and inclusive.
