No one likes a complainer. Or an asshole. Instead, be positive and look for solutions. The survival of the planet does not hang in the balance. So never panic, have fun and enjoy the ride.

OWNERSHIP
If you’re on the hook for something, no one should have to worry about it getting done and getting done well. Ownership builds trust, and when team members trust each other, they love working with one another.

AWARENESS
Remember that you impact the people around you and the work. Know what you don’t know, and give people the benefit of the doubt.

BE AMBITIOUS

We never phone it in. We never coast. We relentlessly chase greatness. If you’re not pushing yourself, your team and your client, you’re not doing it right.

BE THOUGHTFUL
Think things through. Do what is right and what is needed, not what’s easiest. Be the expert on solving the problem.

BE METICULOUS
Details matter. If we don’t do the little things right, clients will never trust us to do the big things right. We strive to do things that don’t have a playbook. That is scary for clients. When clients trust us, those things stop being scary and start being no-brainers.

BE NICE
No assholes or egos allowed. Being nice makes for good team dynamics, happier clients, and better work.
THE  HUSTLER
If you embody the three values and do all the things, you’ll be dubbed a “Hustler.”

That’s a good thing. It means you work hard and get shit done without being a martyr and taking on too much. It also means you don’t talk a big game without backing it up. Charlatans suck. Don’t be one.

Every quarter, we name a “Hustler of the Season.” It’s a big honor. We’d love for you to win it.
